No, only welcome gifts for the year 2023-2024 can be picked up.

Because the hand boards can be easily damaged, order within Hong Kong will be pick-up only, and the location is located in the Kwun Tong District.

As for overseas orders, you can choose to send it by mail, and the postage is paid by yourself. EFC will not be responsible for any damage during shipping, please kindly make your own judgement and be responsible for it 🙏🏻

Member items will be available for purchase separately from time to time. Please pay attention to EFC's announcements on IG and TG for any details.

There are no limits for add-on products, however you can only purchase a maximum of 2 phone straps per member. This applies to all new and existing members.

💡 I bought the wrong membership tshirt size. Can I change it?

No, purchased tshirt sizes cannot be changed under any circumstances.

💡 I just realized there are some items missing or has issues from the order after I got home. Can I exchange them?

Accepted Answer

Products are non-refundable or exchangeable once it has left the studio. Please check and confirm the product and order is good to go before leaving EFC's studio for pick up. No further requests will be accepted after you have left.

💡Around how much will it cost for oversea delivery?

We are unable to confirm the shipping fee until the order is actually packed and ready to be shipped. However the shipping fees are based on the package's size, so you can expect a higher shipping fee.

We will also reach out and collect the shipping fees from you prior to fulfilling your order, so please keep an eye on any messages from us regarding your order.

If you refuse to pay the shipping fee or refuse to accept the package due to expensive shipping costs or other reasons, your membership for the current year will be cancelled, and your membership fee will not be refunded.

If you lose your EFC membership card, please DM @edanluifc_cs on Telegram as soon as possible, and you will be charged for a $100 HKD replacement fee. Please click here to pay for the replacement fee, and kindly follow up with @edanluifc_cs on Telegram after you have completed the payment.

Please kindly reach out to @edanluifc_cs in Telegram for assistance in updating the information you have entered incorrectly. Note that there will be a $100 HKD handling fee applied, so make sure you are entering all the information accurately and correctly.

💡 Why can't I receive emails from EFC?

EFC sends out emails based on the email addresses registered by members during registration, so please kindly double-check the email address you entered from your account details page once logged in. Also, kindly check your spam/junk folders and see if our emails ended up in there instead.

In addition, it is recommended that each member chooses the "Subscribe to our newsletter" option when registering to receive EFC paid member information to avoid not receiving emails from us.
